Chalet Hotel Le Dôme is a welcome addition for our 2012/13 ski season and is sure to be popular with guests wanting to ski the impressive Espace Killy area.
Le Dôme is a comfortable hotel located in the picturesque village of Tignes 1,850. Access to the skiing couldn't be easier as the nearby Boisses chairlift takes you to a choice of either the Marais lift to the Aiguille Percee or the Aiguille Rouge lift for the runs above Tignes Le Lac. You can also ski back to the hotel at the end of the day.
The village of 1850 has a lovely atmosphere with quaint traditional buildings and is connected to the villages of Le Lac or Val Claret by ski bus that runs until midnight.
There is a cosy bar and lounge area with an open fireplace and free Wi-Fi and it is here where pre-dinner canapés and apéritifs are served. You can also relax here after dinner with coffee and maybe a nightcap. |

Ski Tignes! Skiing holidays in Tignes take you high up into the world famous Espace Killy ski area. Tignes shares this magnificent ski heaven with Val d'Isère. The resort of Tignes is famed for its unbeatable snow record as some of the most extensive and challenging skiing in Europe, excellent for intermediates and experts and fantastic for snowboarders too.
Ski holidays in Tignes offer three main villages, all interlinked by an excellent 24 hour free bus service. Val Claret at 2100m has a superb position right at the foot of the Grande Motte funicular. Le Lac and Le Lavachet have a more cosy village feel to them and also offer easy access to the slopes and over to Val d'Isère. All the villages have a great selection of shops, bars and restaurants and have a lively, friendly buzz about them. And the non-ski activities are great too, including the Lagon sports centre, parapenting, a ten lane bowling alley and loads more.
