The hotel comprises a total of 195 rooms in a main and neighbouring building. The lobby comprises a 24-hour reception, a safe, a business center and lifts. The air-conditioned hotel includes a bar and a restaurant. Laundry services and the laundrette round up the offerings (for an additional fee) and a complimentary car park is available for those arriving by car. Each of the tastefully fitted rooms comes with an en suite bathroom with a bathtub or shower, a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV and a radio. Further fittings include a fridge, a microwave, a coffee machine, as well as an iron and ironing board. The rooms come with one king size or two Queen beds (sleeps 2 to 4 people all together) in addition to individually regulated heating and air conditioning as well as a safe.

Follow the signs from the airport or off major Interstate 75 to Fort Myers Beach and take a right after crossing the Matanzas bridge. The hotel will be at the end of teh right on the left.
