The sandy and rocky beach is about 800 metres away. Cefalù town centre, with its quaint Byzantine-style and Arab-Norman Cathedral, is about 4.5 km away. Falcone - Borsellino Airport is about 95 km away.

This residence, in a small oasis of peace and tranquillity embellished with plants and flowers, consists of some villas arranged over two levels, all overlooking a central avenue crossing the property.

The reception is open at set times. Late check-in must be reported in advance.

The seasonal, eight-shaped pool is surrounded by a solarium equipped with deckchairs and parasols. An area of the pool is designed for children (90cm deep) and is bordered by a semi-submerged partition wall.

Guests can easily walk to the free beach.

The gazebo is a meeting place for guests. It is equipped with a small bar and an area for games and hobbies.

Use of the laundry area with a washing machine and a dryer is included in the rate.

Free Wi-Fi in the common areas and in all apartments and a free, unattended car park are also available.
