**Hotel Terme Cristallo Palace** is a four-star hotel located in Casamicciola Terme, a tourist destination famous for its thermal springs, in Ischia. Overlooking the seafront with picturesque views of the Gulf of Naples, it is about 250 metres from the town centre and about 350 metres from the free sandy beach. The bus stop, with connections to Lacco Ameno, Forio and Ischia Porto, can be reached with a few minutes’ walk. Ischia can be reached by ferry or hydrofoil from the ports of Naples and Pozzuoli.

This classic-style hotel, surrounded by a large garden, consists of a central unit arranged over four levels, with the main facilities and rooms, and an outbuilding located about 250 metres away, with no elevator, that can be reached by crossing the streets and walking along a private avenue. It has panoramic terraces with thermal pools and sun terraces equipped with parasols and sun loungers. It includes a lobby, a reception, an Internet point, two elevators, both in the main building, a bar, a TV room and reading room, a restaurant, a thermal centre and a spa.

The hotel has a modern spa exploiting the healing properties of the famous thermal springs of Casamicciola. The thermal centre has an agreement with the National Health Service. Guests have free access to the Turkish bath and Kneipp pools, while experience showers, beauty treatments and massages are not included in the price.

The Club Card, mandatory and payable locally, includes, from March to May, four ecological walks, one bingo evening (cards not included), Open Bar Formula with free non- alcoholic or alcoholic home aperitifs, barley coffee, mineral water or chamomile tea.

The Mini Club Card, mandatory and payable locally includes, in the summer, entertainment activities for children aged 4 to 12 years.

Guests have also free access to a small gym.

Wi-Fi, not included in the price, is only available in the lobby, at the reception and at the bar. The indoor, unattended car park, with limited parking spaces, is free, while the use of the external car park is not included in the price.

Every morning the hotel serves a rich continental breakfast buffet with cheeses, cold cuts, yogurts, pies and beverages.

The restaurant offers table service and an à la carte menu with local dishes and a buffet with salads for lunch and starters for dinner.

The menu includes five first courses and four second courses. Beverages are included with meals, except from 14/04 to 17/04 and from 06/08 to 27/08. Once a week, the hotel organises a Gala dinner.
