General description:
The hotel Playa Azul Cozumel is located in the vicinity of a sandy beach. At the beach are sun umbrellas and sun loungers free of charge available. The tourist centre is about 8 km away. The nearest shopping facilities are located approx. 7 km from the hotel, a supermarket can be reached after around 4 km. It is 5 km from the hotel to the nearest bars and restaurants. Also the nearest disco is around 5 km away. For mobility there is a car rental company and a motorcycle rental. The hotel and airport are linked by a shuttle (for a fee).

Recently renovated in 2015, the 4-storey beach hotel consists of a main building and an adjoining building, and has 50 rooms in total. It offers its guests a reception (check-in from 15:00, check-out until 12:00), a lobby, a lift, air conditioning, a safe (for free), a shop, a free parking area and a money changing facility. For the meals, there are two restaurants (air-conditioned) and a snack bar. You will be warmly welcomed in both the hotel’s bars. WiFi is available for free.
