A unique shape, being a large triangular-shaped, 37-story white building next to the Ark Mori building.

Walking into the hotel on the 2nd floor, the guests feel immediately at ease with the soft lighting and decor creating a relaxing atmosphere, with a high atrium and a large ceiling to floor indoor waterfall in the center of the lobby, representing the symbol of this hotel. There is plenty of seating with restaurants and shops leading off from the main area. Although large, the atmosphere remains calm. There is a further lobby on the ground floor for banqueting and group guests' check-in.
