Marcelino Apartments is a cozy resort consisting of 6 duplex apartments of about 60 square meters located in the middle of nature that can comfortably accommodate up to 3 people per apartment.The apartments are distributed on two levels and have a simple but elegant decoration. They are very luminous apartments, as they have two terraces on both floors overlooking fields with a very well-kept vegetation.On the lower floor there is a spacious living room furnished with a central table, two sofas with comfortable cushions and a very functional corner kitchen equipped with everything necessary for a holiday stay: refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave and kitchen utensils. At the back of the living room we have a magnificent terrace that gives great light to the interior, with beautiful views of the countryside.The stairs give us access to the upper floor, consisting of a spacious double bedroom furnished with a double bed, a large closet and a desk-desk. At the back of the room we find a second terrace, with beautiful views of the countryside of Formentera and facing the village of Sant Ferran. On this floor there is also a fully equipped bathroom with shower.The apartments have air conditioning on both floors and WIFI Internet connection. The terraces are composed of outdoor furniture and hammocks to rest of the warm summer days of Formentera. There is also a communal barbecue area where you can enjoy outdoor cooking.Marcelino Apartments is a perfect accommodation option for the tourist who wants to be away from the tourist center but at the same time a few meters from urban centers such as Es Pujols or Sant Ferran. It is ideal for those who want to be in contact with nature, surrounded by fields, in a quiet, calm atmosphere, and enjoy the silence of the night and the peace that Formentera offers.- Delivery of keys: it is made in the office Formentera Break located in Paseo De La Marina, nº 6, in the Port of La Savina, 07870 Formentera.- Office hours: from 10:00 to 20:30 h.- Check in: as a general rule, check in is from 13:30 h on the day of arrival. Check in will not be made after 00:15 h. Arrivals outside office hours (from 8:30 p.m. to 00:15 a.m.) are by appointment only and subject to an additional charge of 40 EUR.- Check out: the accommodation must be vacated before 11:00 am. On the day of departure, the keys must be returned to the office before 11:30 am. Otherwise, there will be a penalty of 20 EUR.- Deposit: a deposit of 200 EUR (by credit card or in cash) will be requested on the day of arrival, which will be returned at check out after verifying that the accommodation has been left in good condition.- Documentation required at check in: ID card or passport of all adults staying.- Tax on stays in the Balearic Islands: the day of arrival will be paid the amount of the tax of 2.20 EUR in cash per person per night. Children under 16 years of age are exempt from paying the tax.- Quiet time in the accommodation is from 22:00 h until 10:00 h.- Parties inside the accommodation are not allowed. They are strictly forbidden.- Public scandal or inappropriate behavior that disturbs the rest and coexistence with the neighborhood will result in the cancellation of the reservation and the loss of the deposit.- The accommodation is delivered with a complete set of sheets and towels suitable for the number of people in the reservation.
