Egyptian restaurant: If you’re looking for authentic fare, then this is the spot with its delicious mixed grills. This eatery is open from 7pm to 11pm, but often extends its opening hours to cater to late arrivals. 

Chillitos Mexican restaurant: Serving a range of Mexican favourites, it’s a great choice for spicy options, while the beef tenderloin melts in your mouth. You can head here from 7pm to 11pm. 

Ying & Yang Asian restaurant: This dinner-only eatery is known for its mouth-watering oriental options, make sure you try the onion bhajis – they’re delicious!

Niche Bar: Serving cold Strawberry Daiquiris with jazz music playing in the background, Niche Bar is a sophisticated spot perfect for low-key drinks. Plus, its late-closing time of 2am is another highlight.

La Salsa Bar: With a laid-back vibe, head here for casual drinks alongside sports coverage, not to mention it comes equipped with a dartboard and pool table when you’re feeling competitive.  Drinks are served from 7pm until midnight.

Infinity pool bar and lounge: This is a great choice for informal lunches close to the pool area with plenty of light bites to keep those hunger pains at bay during long sunbathing sessions. Open from 10am to midnight.

Palace Lobby Lounge: This is the only spot which is open for 24 hours.

Baron Club lounge: You can only visit this exclusive venue if you’re staying in a Club room.
