Located on a private sandy/shingle beach is located the hotel Beach Albatros. At the beach are sun umbrellas and sun loungers free of charge available. The tourist centre is about 15 km away. The town Downtown is around 15 km away (Cairo around 500 km, Luxor around 280 km). You can find a food store and other shopping facilities approx. 3 km away. It is 7 km from the hotel to the nearest bars and restaurants. The following attractions can be reached from the hotel: Aqua Park (approx. 1 km away). For medical treatment in emergencies there is a hospital around 10 km away. The airport (RMF) is approx. 215 km away. The hotel and airport are linked by a shuttle (for a fee). Another airport (HRG) is located approx. 6 km away.

The 3-storey resort consists of a main building and 10 adjoining buildings, and has 678 rooms in total. It is equipped with a 24h reception (check-in from 14:00, check-out until 12:00), a lobby with bar, 5 lifts, an air conditioning, a coiffeur, a mini market, a parking area (for free) as well as a money changing facility.
