Location

The
four-star Hotel Bilyana Beach is situated on the beach, 500 meters away from
the center of Nessebar and all its shops, restaurants and bars and 30
kilometers away from Burgas airport.

Bilyana Beach is accessible only for tourists over 16 years of age. The hotel
was built in 2004, renovated in winter in 2016/17, one main building, 8 floors,
4 elevators, 137 rooms. Reception, rent of large safe deposit boxes at the
reception (payment), main restaurant and snack bar, indoor and indoor swimming
pools, lobby bar, Wi-Fi in public areas of the hotel and rooms, laundry
services, conference hall (150 seats), room service, car rental, SPA
treatments.

be requested in advance but is based on room availability upon arrival.

is 12:00 hrs but can be extended based on availability and for a charge.

and coffee making facilities, espresso coffee machine with 2 capsules
(everyday), 2 water bottles (everyday), TV, safe/free, Wi-Fi, bathroom
with shower/WC, hairdryer and towels; laminate flooring, terrace with table and
chairs.

 

Sports & Entertainment

Free of charge: outdoor (not heated.)  and indoor (heated up to 26 degrees in May,
Sept., Oct.) swimming pools, sunbeds and umbrellas by the pool/pool towels*,
sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach/free, upon availability, fitness, Wi-Fi.

Paid: SPA treatments, sauna, steam bath, Turkish
bath, massages, medical services, room service, beach sports, parking, laundry
services, a mini market nearby.

! Pool towels are to be found
in every room- every change of towels is paid extra.

 

Animation * 6 times a week sports animation
during the day and 4 times a week
evening shows (subject to occupancy.)

 

Pets are not allowed.

 

Parking: Outdoor,
unguarded, upon availability “blue zone “places – upon
prior request and against extra payment.

Private parking -

beverages at the lobby bar from 10:00 a.m. until 23:00 p.m. and at the snack bar from 10:00 a.m. until 18:00 p.m.





*Early breakfast – guests who a planning an early breakfast need to
inform the hotel the previous day and will receive packed breakfast..

imported drinks are served with extra charge;

**Alcohol is not served under the age of 18; according to the Bulgarian laws and regulations.

The
Hotel Management may change the places/times of above written facilities
according to weather change and other reasons.

* Thematic dinner: the times a week in main
restaurant: BG dinner and Gala dinner.

* Thematic party / show three time a week at The Bar.

SPA:  the SPA center of hotel Bilyana Beach is with working hours from 09:00
until 19:00, offers a wide range of procedures and is equipped with fitness, a
sauna, a steam bath and a Turkish bath.
