northern end of Sunny Beach and is only 30m away from the beach. Calm, quiet

The rooms and bathrooms are comfortable and
modern, equipped with air conditioning/heating, cable TV, phone, fridge,
hair-drier. There is a sea view from every room in the hotel – most of the
rooms have full sea view, while in very few the sea can be admired only from
the balcony.

Overall the hotel has 31 double rooms with 2+1
beds, 6 double rooms with 2+2 beds, 2 studios with 2+2 beds, 2 appartments with
2+2 beds. The rooms’ standard beds are 100 x 200 cm, while the additional beds
are small retractable couches, turning into 80 x 180cm

beds. The +2 additional beds in the studios are
full size on 2 levels.

is possible and free until 14:00 but it is a matter of availability.

During high
season late check-out is ONLY for extra pay and is depending on the availabiity.

17:00 - 50% of the room rate for 1 night.

17:00 - 100% of the room rate for 1 night.

 

The hotel
reserves by all means the right to disagree to provide earlier check-in or late
