CANCELLATION POLICY:
Any cancellations within 14 days of the departure date will be charged at 50% of the total invoice. Cancellations within 7 days of the departure date will be charged at 100% of the total invoice.

LOCATION: This resort is an immaculately maintained, peaceful community located on Highway 27, to the south of Highway 192. It lies within close proximity to the theme parks of Walt Disney World (13 miles), Sea World (21 miles) and Universal Studios (25 miles), whilst the Florida Mall Shopping Center is 27 miles (there are many more shops and restaurants much near to Calabay Parc on Highway 192 which is just a 5 minutes drive north on US.27. Busch Gardens Tampa Bay is 57 miles away, and nearby airports include Orlando International Airport (33 miles), Orlando Sanford International Airport (57 miles), The nearest supermarket is Publix on Sand Mine Road, which is 2 miles NORTH on Highway 27, and there is a 24 hour Wal-Mart store just 5 miles NORTH on Highway 27,

HOME TYPES: The resort has superior 3, 4 and 5 bedroom homes, all have fully equipped kitchens with fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and coffee maker. Other amenities include a washing machine, a tumble dryer, linens, towels, a direct dial telephone, cable TV, a radio and central air conditioning and heating. The master bedroom has a double bed with an adjoining bathroom (bathtub/shower), whilst additional bedrooms have either a double bed or 2 twin beds with at least 1 shared bathroom. The living area also has a double sleeper sofa. Please note that as all homes are individually owned, therefore bedding type (i.e. Double bed, twins etc) cannot be guaranteed. All homes have their own screen-in private swimming pool, pool heating, cribs and highchairs can be prepaid in advance of arrival.

AMMENITIES: Calabay Parc is a very sought after vacation retreat where you will find quiet luxury after a busy day out in the Florida sunshine. The community is safe and quiet with lovely winding roads and a children’s playground. Each home has its own relaxing private screened pool. The standard amount of pool furniture provided is 2 sun loungers 4 chairs and a table.
