This complex consists of a 6-storey main building with a total of 150 apartments, constructed in 1982. Guests may use the facilities of the California Hotel, situated directly in front of the complex, free of charge. The facilities include a lobby with 24-hour reception with currency exchange and there is a cafeteria. Additional facilities include a bar, a games room, a TV room, an air-conditioned restaurant with highchairs for children.Car parking facilities in the form of a garage and a car park are available for those arriving by car (some of them with an additional cost).
