Cascadas is located on second line
beach, in the quiet northwestern part of Sunny beach resort, within only a
10-minute walk from a beach (800 m to the beach) and a 15-minute drive to the Burgas
international airport.

The complex consists of 23 6-storey
buildings, 316 units. On every floor, there are several apartments with
convenient and modern floor plan distribution. Cascadas Family Resort has
studios, 2-room and 3-room apartments.

"Cascadas" is located on a total area
of 90,000 sq.m. On the territory of the complex there are two parks with an
area of approximately 10,000 square meters, suitable for walks, recreation and
various sports activities, three ponds, four playgrounds where your children can play and communicate freely, two
mini aqua parks provide entertainment for your children throughout the day, ten
swimming pools with children's sectors.

There is a 74-meter pool with Olympic-sized swimming corridors, one indoor and one outdoor fitness center for fans of this sport, beauty
salon, 2 Spa areas with two saunas, water bar and three restaurants with indoor
and outdoor seats, Italian restaurant with delivery service to each apartment,
a garden, a supermarket.
