The impressive DIT Majestic Beach Resort is located in the northern part of the resort, just 10 m from the beach and 2 km from the centre.

Build in 2005, renovated all double rooms and apartments in 2025, 12 floors,
main building - 6 lifts, 409 units, access to the common areas and 4
rooms on 3-rd floor for disabled people.
Central building (where all DBL rooms are
located) and 2 adjacent buildings (apartments + studios). Reception, air
conditioning in the public areas, laundry (payable). Lobby, main restaurant,
Italian a-la-carte restaurant, Asian A-La-Carte restaurant, pool bar, exchange desk at

The hotel
has 4 double rooms for disabled guests, located on both sides of the
elevators on the 3-rd floor. They are equipped with larger front doors, the
lighting switches are located lower, the bathroom has handles on the walls.

shower, central air conditioning, twin beds, single sofa (sofa bed).
