Ways to achieve energy conservation have been foreseen for all the areas and in all the possible ways, such as through electronic monitoring of the air conditioning operation, choice of minimum energy consumption devices, application of modern intelligent management systems that can be controlled both centrally and through mobile phones and tablets, use of LED lighting, recording of energy consumption, use of energy frames, solar collectors and photovoltaic panels and geothermal air conditioning. Environmentally friendly modern laundry systems have been selected, as well as ecological products for cleaning and disinfection of the facilities and the rooms. The pool water is purified by electrolysis instead of using chlorine, while vegetation has been preserved and enriched with additional plantings enhancing the rich local flora.
