The complex is formed by two buildings; each with 24 floors, there is a
large communal area, 4 lifts in each building, solarium, swimming pools
for adults and children, 2 tennis courts, and private covered car park
(free of charge, depending on availability), there is 24 hours security
cameras in communal areas and there is a care taker.
