The establishment comprises a total of 165 accommodation units. Guests of the establishment are welcomed in the lobby, which has a 24-hour reception and a 24-hour check-out service. Please be advised that we will paint the front of the hotel between the 1^st of November and the 15^th of December 2023. Note that this painting process involves the scaffolding placement and washing of walls throughout the building depending on the area to be painted, therefore some noise and obstruction of vieews is possible.

Also, we will be replacing the aluminum windows in the apartments between the 1^st of November 2023 and the 31^st of January 2024. The replacement work will take a maximum of 30 minutes per apartment, and guests will be contacted in advance to authorize the entry.
