The hotel comprises a total of 184 rooms, of which 4 are suites and 2 are wheelchair-accessible. The hotel is magnificently decorated with a nautical theme, and it has an air-conditioned lobby with a 24-hour reception, a hotel safe, and four lifts. The hotel also has a bar, shops (extra fee), a hairdressing salon, a games room, a TV room, and an air-conditioned restaurant with highchairs for children, a conference room, business centre with free Internet access, wifi access in hall hotel and WLAN, all with additional fee. Room and laundry services (for an additional fee) round up the offerings. Parking spaces are available in the car park and the garage, additional fee.

A note from management:

This communication serves to inform you that this March 20^th, we started construction works of an outdoor swimming pool at our hotel, with some noise disturbance between 9am and 5pm, from Monday to Saturday – we will change the location of the breakfast service and group meals to the Atlantic Room, and the à la carte lunch and dinner service for the Palhabote Bar. We will update the information on the progress of the works, which is expected to be completed by the 31^st of July 2023.
