With two floors the building respects the patrimonial features that distinguished the city in the 19th century. It has a colonial terrace with colorful stained glass windows, a mural by the artist Manuel Hernández, as well as dozens of bonsai of the artisan Israel de León, together with other works by artists from Matanzas.
