Location

The 4-star Tiara
Beach Hotel is located in a quiet place, in the southern part of the resort, 1
km from the centre of Sunny Beach, and approximately 150 m. from the beach.

Beach- sandy, 150 m
away from the hotel. The sea floor is flat, with smooth access. Enjoy the most
beautiful and clean beach on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast, winner of the "Blue Flag “award. Aquapark: Mini Aqua Park with 2
slides for adults and 2 slides for children.

Hotel was built in 2003, last renovated
in 2017, 6 floors with 4 lifts. Total of 328 units. Air-conditioning,
lobby, reception, currency exchange, rent-a-car, free wireless Internet in
public areas, shop, main
restaurant, lobby bar, pool bar,
conference room ( capacity – 50 pax). Medical care, beauty salon, SPA treatments,
laundry and dry cleaning, there are 2 rooms for disabled people.

Double rooms/street and sea view approx. 25 sq.m., (max, 2 ad +1 chld./3+0); twin beds and 1 extensible armchair.

Junior suites approx. 28 sq.m., (min.2+0/ max 2 ad +2 chld.,
3+0, 3+1); twin beds, 2 extra beds - extensible armchair.

Suites Sea approx. 50 sq.m.,(min.2+0/ max 2 ad +2 chld. ,
3+0, 3+1); twin beds, 2 extra beds - extensible sofa or armchair.  It is one big unit, not separated by door,
with 2 bathrooms (one with a shower and a toilet, one with bath, hairdryer and
a toilet).

All units have: sat TV, mini fridge,
telephone, air-conditioning,
safety deposit boxes (extra charge 40 BGN-7 days/50 BGN for 2 weeks), Wi-Fi
(free), bathroom  with  shower and hairdryer, furnished  balcony, carpeted floor.

 

Children

Baby cot (free), high chairs in
restaurant, mini
club-every day between 10:00-12:30 and 15:00-17:30 o`clock children will be
surrounded by entertainers. Mini Disco especially organized for the children
every day. Children`s corner playground. Children`s pool, slides by the pool
(mini aqua park).

Umbrellas and sun-beds around the pool, depends on availability. Aqua Park – 10:00
– 14:00 and 16:00 – 18:00. Day and evening entertainment-wide variety of
activities for children and adults such as water gymnastics, darts, table
tennis, billiards, football, Boca, archery, music, dance. Table tennis,
fitness, darts, water aerobics. Free internet access in all hotel area
and in the rooms

Payable: Safe – 40 BGN for a week, 50 BGN
for 2 weeks, laundry and dry-cleaning SPA centre, hairdresser, cosmetologist, water
sports on the beach, pool towels-
deposit of 20 euro per person, which is returned at the end of the stay when
the towel is also handed back.

 

Pets are not allowed.

 

Parking – 20 BGN/ day, 140 BGN for a week, unguarded, depends on availability.
The hotel reserves the right to change the price of the parking at any time.

The main restaurant offers a spacious and comfortable
hall which can accommodate couples as well as big groups, and outdoor sun terrace. For younger
guests hotel provided high chairs and
children’s buffet. Restaurant offers variety of traditional and international specialties. Cuisine
with vegan, gluten-free options and more.

Breakfast buffet with traditional Bulgarian banitsa,
home-made bread and rolls, flavoury
pancakes and omelettes and many more.

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served in a buffet with
several sections:

- cold buffet with fresh salads and interesting
appetizers;

- hot buffet with several sections for appetizers and
main dishes, pizza and pasta, soups,grilled meats and vegetables as well as two stations for outdoor
cooking;

- vegetarian buffet

- children's buffet- baby food (Baby puree, baby biscuits ).

- rich buffet with fruits,ice cream and desserts, the majority of which are
prepared by the Tiara Hotel’s master confectioners.Thematic evenings will offer countless temptations. Every Monday- Mediterranean cuisine, Wednesday-
traditional Bulgarian cuisine and Friday- fish
and sushi.

Dress code: Smart casual. Beachwear is
strongly forbidden!

 

Snacks buffet features
tasty pizzas, hot dogs, donuts, grilled meats and vegetables,
salads, ice cream, and soft alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. It is
accessible via a path on the side of the restaurant terrace. The snack
restaurant has an indoor hall as well as an outdoor terrace surrounded by
greenery and flowers.

Taking food out of the restaurants
is strictly prohibited and unacceptable!
