The hotel Iberostar Bellevue is located approx. 50 m from a sandy / shingle beach. At the beach, there are sun loungers and sun umbrellas for a fee available. The nearest town is Budva (Kotor around 25 km, Tivat around 27 km). In the vicinity of the hotel are a number of shopping facilities, a supermarket can be reached after around 500 m. It is 2 km from the hotel to the nearest bars and restaurants. For evening dancing you will find a nightclub in a distance of approx. 500 m. The following attractions can be reached from the hotel: Aqua Park Budva, Sveti Stefan Peninsula, Jaz Beach, Lovcen National Park and Skadar Lake. For mobility during your holiday, there are a bus stop (approx. 500 m away) and a car rental company. Locations further away can be reached via the railway station in a distance of around 36 km. The airport (TIV) is approx. 20 km away. Another airport (TGD) is located approx. 65 km away.

Partially renovated in 2023, the 8-storey beach hotel consists of a main building and 2 adjoining buildings, and has 583 rooms in total. It is equipped with a 24h reception (check-in from 15:00, check-out until 11:00), a lobby with bar, 9 lifts, an air conditioning, a safe (for free) as well as a parking area (for free). For the meals, there are two restaurants (air-conditioned) and a snack bar. In a total 7 bars, you can relax in good company. WiFi is available for free. For guests with physical disabilities the hotel has a barrier-free access and a wheelchair accessible lift. Room cleaning is free of charge. Laundry / ironing service and medical service are available for a fee.

Pool:
In the outdoor area of the hotel you will find 2 fresh water pools with a separate children´s pool (open from April to October). Here, there are sun umbrellas and sun loungers for free available. At the pool bar you can get refreshing beverages (open from 10:00 – 23:00).
