Location

Laguna Park hotel is situated in the central part of Sunny Beach resort,
500m from the resort`s center and about 300 m from the beach and about 500m
from the resort’s center.

 

Facilities

Last renovated in 2024, one of the buildings was
renovated - block D, the building where all studios are located. Renovations
included: all individual water heaters and A/C were replaced by a central solar
system for hot water and VRF air-conditioning, new bathrooms, new furniture in
all rooms. Part of the studios were turned into apartments /superior / with a
bedroom for the parents and a living room with two children bed (size 80x190
cm, not an extensible sofa) and sitting area (a sofa).

The hotel has one main building with 8 floors and one additional
building with 6 floors, 6 lifts, 357 rooms in total, 24/7 reception, central
air conditioning, main restaurant with terrace, lobby bar, cocktail bar, 2 pool
bars, snack bar, conference room (up to 55 seats), amphitheater, animation for
adults and children, safety deposit box (free) in the room, laundry and dry cleaning service (payable), shop (in front of the
hotel), free Wi-Fi in the rooms and lobby area, Internet games in the lobby
(paid). Aquapark, 5 swimming pools (3 pools for adults, 2 pools for children),
Relax center/ Thermal zone (Turkish bath, steam bath, Finnish sauna, Aroma
sauna, Infrared sauna, salt therapy room, Jacuzzi, adventure shower, massages).

There is 1 room suitable for disabled guests.

– bedroom and living area in one space (open plan, no interconnecting door)
with one double bed and one extendable sofa.

Apartment Superior located in
the main and annex building - appr. 48m2 (min.2+2/3+0,
max.3+1/4+0), Apartments consist of two rooms – a bedroom and a living room
with an interconnecting door, one double bed in the bedroom and two separate
regular single beds in the living room, sofa in the living room.

Maizonette / Duplex room- located in the main building (min.2+2/4+0, max.4+2/5+1/6+0),
appr. 58m2 incl. balcony, two twin rooms connected with an internal door or two twin rooms connected with
an internal staircase, without internal door, 4 Twin beds and 2 extendible
armchairs, 2 separate bathrooms.

All rooms have: furnished
balcony, A/C, telephone (payable), mini bar (complimentary filled upon arrival,
next full order will be charged), safety deposit box (free), cable TV, bathroom
