Mercearia d’Alegria is a Boutique B&B located on Rua da Alegria in Peniche, 300 meters from Peniche de Cima beach. Inspired by the old grocery store that existed on the same street, this B&B recreates a unique atmosphere characterized by the reuse of materials, evoking the culture and history of Peniche. The building originally dates from 1936 and was renovated in 2015 with the aim of maintaining its original design, recreating the typical atmosphere of its time, and providing comfort and well-being to its guests.
