Ocean Heights View Hotel has a large swimming pool,an exotic garden next to the pool,a children’s swimming pool with water slides, a playground, poolbar&main bar restaurant with air conditioning system, a snack bar, tennis court, TV&video games room, internet corner and a parking area. The sun beds and umbrellas are free of charge in the hotel swimming pool.

In 2019, public areas have been renovated and a partial renovation of rooms has taken place. The hotel has recently upgraded its’ rating from 3* to 4*
