The residence is located on the Costa Dorada in Coma-Ruga, a small seaside village well loved for its immense white sand beach flying the "blue flag" the international ecological award to promote protection of the marine environment.

Located facing the beach, the residence consists of 10 small 3-storey buildings without lifts. All 71 apartments, fully renovated in 2016, have a fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom, living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a terrace and small garden for the ground-level apartments.

The residence is surrounded by greenery and has an outdoor swimming pool. The beach is opposite the residence and is reached on foot.

Reception's timetable: Sunday to Friday from 9 am to 12
noon and 5 pm to 8 pm.

Saturday 8 am to 8 pm.

check-in. €200 to €500 per apartment, payable on arrival and returnable on the
day of departure after inventory.
