The complex is located in the center of the large Costa Serena area, a few kilometers from Palau, overlooking
the splendid and pristine lagoon from which it takes its name and surrounded by a large park of Mediterranean
maquis with walking paths leading to private beaches and places of great beauty, such as the
Batteria di Talmone, a FAI heritage site.
At the entrance to the complex are the reception and bar, overlooking the new swimming pool around which
the apartments are located.

APARTMENTS
The apartments are all spacious and bright, with outdoor spaces or verandas furnished with a table and chairs.
They are all equipped with Wi-Fi, LCD TVs, kitchens with induction hobs, refrigerators, safes, independent air
conditioning and heating, and private bathrooms with hairdryers and complimentary toiletries.
The brand new swimming pool at the Residence Hotel Costa Serena, for the exclusive use of guests, is located in the center of the
residence, in a quiet and well-maintained setting. It is equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas.
The quiet and uncrowded Costa Serena beach is located about 700 meters from the property and can be reached
on foot or, via a longer route, by car. Also of great interest is the Padula Piatta beach,
which offers a splendid view of the bay of the same name and Isola dei Gabbiani. Both beaches
have a sandy seabed and are easily accessible.
About 1 km away by car is the small cove of Spiaggia delle Piscine, where the sea is turquoise and the seabed
is a mix of sand and rocks.
The port of Palau, 5. 5 km away, offers ferries and boat trips to the La
Maddalena Archipelago.
