On the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan 1445 AH
After reviewing Emiri Decree No. (5) of 1981 AD regarding the establishment of the Municipality of Dibba, and based on Local Licensing Law No. (1) of 1992 AD in the Emirate of Fujairah, and on the occasion of the approaching month of Ramadan.
In the blessed year 1445 AH, we issued the following circular:
Article (1)
It is prohibited to display, serve, sell, or trade all alcoholic beverages in restaurants hotel establishments, and furnished apartments at the time of iftar during the sunset prayer and the time of suhoor before the dawn prayer. It is prohibited to open dance halls and amusement parks, throughout the holy month of Ramadan 1445 AH.
Article (2)
It is permitted to serve food or drink during the day during the month of Ramadan inside hotel establishments’ restaurants, taking into account blocking the view from the corridors and reception, and also allowed to serve food inside restaurants Operating in the city of Dibba, provided that the external view blocked -out of respect for the feelings of those who are fasting, and it is prohibited.
