El Bohio: If it’s local fare you’re after, El Bohio specialises in Cuban dishes. La Conga Bar: This is the hotel’s all-singing, all-dancing venue thanks to its live music performances and karaoke sessions. Open until 2am, there’s plenty of time to work your way through the cocktail menu.
