Sineva Beach Hotel is located on the
border of Sunny Beach and Sveti Vlas, in a quiet and peaceful area known for
its healthy and mild climate. The hotel complex offers a relaxing atmosphere of
relaxation and friendly service. The distance to the center of Sunny Beach
resort is 4 km. Buses run 4-5 times a day (from 11:00 to 22:00) from the hotel
to the center of Sunny Beach and to Nessebar (payment). The hotel is located
right on the beach and offers a magnificent view of the sea. The fantastic pool
is surrounded by a beautiful and spacious park with many flowers and well-kept
bushes. Please note that this hotel is not suitable for guests with mobility
problems.

The hotel was built
in 2004 and renovated in 2023/24. The hotel has 4 floors, elevator, 122 rooms.
At guests' disposal are reception, main restaurant, lobby and lobby bar,

and children, Kids club, children’s playground, mini football, darts, small
fitness room, bike rental, massages. In the garden there
