Sunrise
All Suite Resort is the perfect choice for a family holiday. The complex is
situated in Obzor-North which is halfway between Varna and Burgas: the distance
to Varna Airport is 65 km, and Burgas Airport is 75 km away. The proximity of
Sunrise All Suites Resort to other resorts and towns offers additional
opportunities for sightseeing and having fun. The resort’s beach line is 10 km
long (arguably the longest on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast) and 30 to 90
meters wide with fine sand grains in a golden hue. The hotel is located just
450 m away from the beach.



Facilities

Built in 2009, renovated in 2016. 4 buildings,
7 floors, 12 lifts. Sunrise
All Suites Resort offers 170 spacious apartments and 120 double rooms. The
complex provides for its guests a buffet restaurant, A-la-carte restaurant,
snack bar, pastry bar, lobby bar/pool bar, pond bar, beach bar, children
facilities (open air playground, indoor mini club), Wellness center, fitness, 24/7
reception service, animation and entertainment facilities, 3 swimming pools. Sunrise All
Suite Resort has the first of its kind BIO-Organic swimming pond on the Black
Sea.

The hotel and common areas are accessible for disabled, but the hotel does not
has a specially equipped rooms for people with wheelchairs.

2 bedrooms are located in buildings No. 1, 3, 4 and 120 DBL rooms are located
in building No. 2.


Each apartment has
a living room, kitchenette, private balcony. The double rooms are suitable for
families with two children. All units (double rooms and apartments) have either
partial view to the Black Sea or to the surrounding valley.

2 regular beds and an
extra bed (140x190) or
extendable sofa (140x190), either suitable for
2 children or 1 adult.

air conditioning/heating, safe deposit box (additional
charge), bathroom with shower and WC, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, balcony

– appr. 63 sq.m. (max. 2+2/3+0), 2 regular
beds (twin beds or double bed) and 1 extendable
sofa in the living room (140x190) or 2
extendable armchairs (80x190), both suitable
for 2 children or 1 adult. One bedroom, living
room with kitchenette and dining area, one bathroom with bathtub or shower and WC.

Two-bedroom
apartments limited sea or land view
– appr. 90 sq.m. (max. 4+2/5+0), 4 regular beds (twins or double)
and two extra beds in the living room - 1 extendable sofa (140x190) or 2 extendable armchairs (80x190), both suitable for 2 children or 1 adult.
Two separate
bedrooms, living room with kitchenette and dining area, one bathroom with bathtub
or shower and WC and additional WC.

All Apartments have: Kitchenette (refrigerator, hot plate,
oven, washing machine) combined with living and dining area. Tableware and
kitchenware is not included. Dining table, SAT TV, telephone, Wi-Fi (free of charge), individual
