The THB San Fermin lies approximately 350 m from a sandy beach. At the beach are sun loungers and sun umbrellas for a fee. The tourist centre is about 1 km away. The town of Malaga is around 12 km away (Torremolinos around 2 km, Arroyo de la Miel around 800 m). The nearest shopping facilities are located approximately 1 km from the hotel; a supermarket can be reached after around 350 m. It is only 100 m from the hotel to the nearest bars and restaurants.

The 9-storey 2nd row beach hotel consists of a main building and an adjoining building, and has 315 rooms in total. It is equipped with a reception (check-in from 14:00, check-out until 12:00), a lobby, 4 lifts, air conditioning, a safe (for a fee), a parking area (for a fee) as well and a security entry system. For the meals, there is a restaurant (air-conditioned) and a snack bar. You can relax in good company in the hotel bar. Wi-Fi is available for free.
