Approx. 900 m from sandy beach is located the hotel Estrela Do Vau. The town Portimao is around 4 km away (Alvor around 3 km). It is 3,5 km from the hotel to the nearest bars and restaurants. Also the nearest disco is around 3,5 km away. For medical treatment in emergencies there is a hospital around 4 km away. The airport (FAO) is approx. 70 km away. Another airport (LIS) is located approx. 100 km away.
