Melograno Residence is located in a very quiet area in San Teodoro, a small village in Sardinia, less than 800 meters from the city centre and from the fabulous Cinta beach.
The residence has 20 cottages surrounded by the green, each unit has its own parking, private garden, veranda and patio. There are three types of accommodations: 4-bed, 6-bed and large 6 bed cottages.
The Residence has been completely renovated in 2004 and we daily take care of our gardens. Very close to the Residence there are restaurants, markets and a baby playground.
