At the beach, there are sun loungers and sun umbrellas (where applicable, a fee). The town Dubai is around 6 km away. The airport (AUH) is approx. 127 km away. Another airport (DXB) is located approx. 9 km away.

The beach hotel has 188 rooms in total. It is equipped with a reception (check-in from 15:00, check-out until 12:00), a lobby, a lift, an air conditioning, a safe (for free), a coiffeur, a parking area (where applicable, for a fee), a security entry system as well as a money changing facility. For the meals, there are two restaurants. WiFi is available for free. Laundry / ironing service is available for a fee.

In the outdoor area of the modern hotel you will find one pool.

Effective 21 April 2026, voco™ Dubai Monaco will relocate its boat jetty from Dubai Water Canal Marine Station to Sheikh Zayed Road Marine Transport Station.

•Guests are kindly requested to book their preferred arrival and departure times in advance and to be present at the pier at least 10 minutes prior to the boat’s departure. The new schedule can be found on the attached official communication for reference.
•For boarding, guests are required to have their booking confirmation (email or screenshot) and boat reservation readily available.
•A valid physical passport, Emirates ID, or national ID for GCC nationals is required for travel. Please note that GCC national IDs are not accepted for other nationalities, and digital or paper copies will not be accepted.
•Kindly be informed that this is an adult-only (18+) property. Music is played in public areas until late, and a swimming pool is available for guest use.
•Food and beverages from outside are not permitted on the island.
•Return boat departures may be customized depending on availability.
• Guests are kindly requested to visit the concierge desk in the lobby for assistance.
