CANCELLATION POLICY:

Any cancellations within 14 days of the departure date will be charged at 50% of the total invoice. Cancellations within 7 days of the departure date will be charged at 100% of the total invoice.

Location: This gated resort lies just 3 miles from the entrance to the Walt Disney World, and just 2 miles from Highway 192 where guests will discover a diverse selection of bars, restaurants and shops. The nearest supermarket is called Publix located on Highway 192 West, drive from Windsor Palms back to Highway 192, turn left and it will 1 mile along on the right.

Home Types: The resort comprises of family villas, apartments and terraced houses, all have fully equipped kitchens with fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and coffee maker. Other amenities include a washing machine, a tumble dryer, linens, towels, a direct dial telephone, cable TV, a radio and central air conditioning and heating. The master bedroom has a double bed with an adjoining bathroom (bathtub/shower), whilst additional bedrooms have either a double bed or 2 twin beds with at least 1 shared bathroom. Please note that as all homes are individually owned, bedding type (i.e. Double bed, twins etc) cannot be guaranteed.

COMMUNAL AMENITIES: Facilities at Windsor Palms include a games room, a 50 seat cinema, in the club house there is Internet access. There is also a children’s playground for younger guests to let off steam. Other leisure options at the club house include a large outdoor pool, a games room, billiards tables, and table tennis tables. Furthermore, guests can make use of the tennis courts, sand volleyball courts, basketball court, and BBQ area. A shuttle service to Walt Disney World is available to guests for a fee.

Pool heating is available to pre-book at a cost of £150 per week.
