For instance, its pool area is one of its biggest allures with its water submerged sunloungers and laid-back ambience. There’s even an indoor number featuring a hot tub for steamy soaks. Whereas the Magic Spa will captivate anyone in need of a pamper with its couples massage area and rejuvenating saunas. 

Don’t be fooled by its sophisticated appearance either, children are just as welcome with dedicated beds around the swimming pool, an activities schedule and a games room equipped with all the must-have technology. Although reservations or additional costs may be acquired, guests can also benefit from watersports, tours and catamaran sailings. 

One of the best spots in Funchal 

Without even leaving the property you can see the historic Cais do Carvão on the shoreline – this former coal wharf was once a stop-off for ships travelling to America.
