The hotel is located in the city centre, 5 km away from the Palace of Justice. The hotel offers a total of 150 guest rooms, wireless Internet access in the public areas, parking facilities and a bar serving snacks and cakes. Policy for Multiple / Group Bookings
Group bookings are considered to be:

5 or more bookings made under the same name;
5 or more bookings that fully or partially overlap within the same stay period;
multiple bookings made within a short period of time (for example, on the same day or within a few hours);
bookings made by different individuals, but which show reasonable indications that they belong to the same group (e. g. the same contact details, similar requirements, identical stay periods, etc. ).

In these situations:
- we reserve the right to request a deposit of 50% of the total value of the bookings, which must be paid within 3 days of notification;
- if the deposit is not paid within the communicated deadline, we reserve the right to cancel the bookings in full or in part, without any further notice.
