Kos: This is the hotel’s traditional restaurant, which allows guests to try the best of the island’s local dishes. Head here throughout the day – breakfast is served from 8am to 11am, lunch is served from 1pm to 5pm and dinner is served from 6.30pm to 10.30pm.
Ouzo: Experience modern Greek menu curated by a Michelin Star Chef. Situated overlooking the beach, breakfast, lunch and dinner are all available here.
Fresco: Known for its delicious Italian food, Michelin-starred chef Ettore Botrini presents his exquisite menu of authentic à-la-carte Italian cuisine, open on an 24 hours basis.
Provence: The flavours and aromas of Provencal cuisine are brought enticingly to life by Michelin-starred chef, Anthony Jehanno. Open from 6.30pm until 10.30pm, It’s a great dinner option.
Seasons: Celebrated for its locally sourced produce, try the freshest ingredients at this sophisticated eatery. Guest can enjoy, breakfast, lunch and dinner here. Please note that breakfast and lunch is available only for the deluxe collection guests.
Anaya: This is the place to head if you love Asian flavours with Chef Katsu creating mouthwatering dishes inspired by India, China and Thailand. Head here from 6.30pm up until 10.30pm.
Flavours: As the hotel’s Mediterranean buffet stop, breakfast, lunch and dinner are all served here. You can visit between 7.00am to 10.30am, 12.30pm to 2.30pm and 6.30pm to 9.30pm.
Oliva: Spanish Cuisine with a contemporary spin is what you can expect from this a la carte eatery. Guests can visit from 6.30pm to 10.30pm.

Lobby Bar: This spot has a late closing time with drinks on offer up until 2am
Lagoon Lobby Bar: Similar to the lobby bar drinks are served until 00.00h
Main Pool Bar: This handy spot serves a host of signature drinks as you relax by the pool and is open from 9am to 7pm.
Beach Pool Bar: Right on the beach, drinks are served from 9am to 7pm.
Nightclub: Let your hair down in the hotel’s very own nightclub, open from 10.30pm to 2am.
Teatro Bar: This is place to catch nightly shows, live music and weekly events. Head here from 8.30pm to midnight.
Deluxe Lobby Bar and Pool Bar: For Deluxe guests only, both spots open at 9am.
