Beautiful beaches in Ovacik

Despite the fact Ovacik doesn’t have any beaches of its own, the village is surrounded by some of the best in Turkey. For example, Olu Deniz and its famous Blue Lagoon, which features calm clear waters thanks to the towering mountains nearby, is just 10 minutes away. Kumburnu refers to the sandbank separating the main Olu Deniz public beach of Belcekiz with its inner Blue Lagoon. Many head straight to the tip of Kumburnu, but seeing as this can get quite busy, families should try one of the many smaller beaches tucked at the rear of the sandbank.
