Agia Pelagia holidays

Once a traditional fishing village, Agia Pelagia is now a seaside resort located on Crete's north coast approximately 30 minutes drive from Heraklion. Built around the shoreline, there are many traditional tavernas as well as cafes, bars and gift shops. The main beach is a sheltered horse shoe shaped bay with a number of smaller coves that are within walking distance. Nightlife here is low-key and would not be suitable for those looking for lively bars and clubs.
